GUD FUD Spring Green FRIED RICE

Ingredients

125g of Rice (1/2 packet of microwaveable rice)

130g Chicken breast

50g Leeks

20g Spring Onions

10g Sesame Seeds

15g Hoisin Sauce

Method

  1. Pre-cook the chicken breast - it’s easier to slice or shred your chicken for the recipe!

  2. To another pan, add sliced leeks and the rice, mix and sauté for 5-10minutes on a medium heat until the leeks soften.

  3. Chop, dice or shred your chicken and add it into the mix along with the hoisin sauce.

  4. Let the mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve with spring onions and the sesame seeds sprinkled on top!

This makes for a great meal prep recipe and keeps well in the fridge.
